Meet Erica Lanier, FNP-C: Founder and Clinical Director of Thrive

Erica Lanier, FNP-C, founded Thrive with a vision to create a different kind of healthcare experience; one where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take control of their long-term health. After years of caring for patients in emergency medicine and primary care, she recognized that many people needed more than brief appointments and one-size-fits-all treatment plans. They needed time, meaningful conversations, and personalized care that addressed the root causes of their concerns rather than simply managing symptoms.

As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in Georgia, Erica specializes in hormone optimization, GLP-1 medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and personalized wellness solutions designed to help patients restore balance, improve vitality, and achieve lasting health. Every treatment plan begins with listening carefully, reviewing comprehensive lab testing, and gaining a complete understanding of each person’s health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. As an EvexiPEL-certified provider, she combines evidence-based therapies with individualized care to ensure every recommendation is tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Rather than relying on standardized protocols, Erica develops customized treatment plans that evolve alongside her patients. Whether someone is struggling with fatigue, hormonal imbalances, weight management, or simply wants to feel healthier and more energized, her focus is on identifying the factors contributing to their symptoms and creating a realistic plan that supports sustainable, long-term results. Through personalized hormone optimization, medically supervised GLP-1 weight loss, and peptide therapy when appropriate, she helps patients feel their best from the inside out.

At Thrive, Erica has intentionally created an environment where patients never feel rushed or overlooked. She believes healthcare works best when providers and patients become partners, working together to make informed decisions as health needs change over time. By taking the time to educate, answer questions, and provide ongoing support, she helps patients feel confident in their care and empowered throughout their wellness journey.

“FNP Erica Lanier has always listened to me intently, without making me feel rushed or judged. I can honestly say she looks at the whole heath picture, not just the missing puzzle pieces.”
